Little, Lt. Cdr. George Anderson

George Little served in the U.S. Navy as the Lieutenant Commander of Squadron VF 93 during World War II. A Pilot, he was on a routine flight to Norfolk, Virginia across Cape Cod, Massachusetts on April 16, 1945 in preparation to go to the USS Boxer. Caught in a storm, Lieutenant Commander Little was forced to bail out of his plane. His parachute failed to open in time.
