Owen K. Warner served in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a Lieutenant with the 6th Ferrying Group, 28th Ferrying Squadron during World War I. A pilot, he died on September 16, 1943, from injuries suffered in a plane crash at Davis-Monthan Field, Tucson, Arizona.
