Leo Kelly. Jr. served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Second Lieutenant in the 3rd Marine Division, 4th Marines Regiment, 3rd Battalion, I Company during the Vietnam War. He died on May 5, 1967 near Con Thien, Quang Tri, South Vietnam during Operation Hickory.
