Robert L. Roadarmel served in the U.S. Army as a Private First Class with Company I, 126th Infantry Regiment, 32nd Infantry Division during the Korean War. He had been wounded in action on the Leyte Road on January 13, 1945, but returned in action in March. He was killed in action on April 8, 1945, on Luzon in the Philippine Islands.
