Robert Smythe to Frank Eversole Letter, May 16, 1919

Grand Treasurer Smythe writes to Eversole regarding the affiliation petition from Chi Alpha Pi local fraternity at Washington University. He asks that Eversole explain to the chapter that before their petition can go to a vote they will need to be inspected by a member of the Supreme Council, which the chapter would pay for, and that scheduling such an inspection may take some time because all of the Supreme Council members are men of business.
