Robert Adger Smythe and William Alexander Oral History Video

This video consists of two oral history videos recorded at different times. In the first video, created on September 5, 1954, Junior Founder Robert Smythe shares his memories of the Fraternity. Topics of particular interest include the Junior Founding in 1889, the other Junior Founders, the development of The Shield and Diamond, the roots of his devotion to Pi Kappa Alpha, and an amusing tale about the installation of Nu Chapter. The second video, which begins at 15 minutes and 34 seconds, features Founder William Alexander speaking about the Fraternity in 1935 and why he believes it has survived for the last 67 years.
