Ayers, Thomas Vernon

Thomas Ayers served as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army in the 22nd Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division, in World War II. He died of wounds suffered in France on June 12, 1944. He was awarded a Purple Heart.
