Chapter President Jeffrey Joseph Solodky, on behalf of Beta Kappa Chapter, petitions Pi Kappa Alpha for a charter, following a successful recolonization after its suspension. The petition includes a reaffirmation of the values of the Fraternity, as well as a history of the Beta Kappa Chapter.
